Fitting and removal

Can you remove the panels once fitted?

We use a self adhesive that is removable with the correct solutions – please see our Fitting Guide that provides fitting instructions and tips for panel removal.

How do you fit them?

Please see our Fitting Guide, use Avian Mobile or one of the recommended fitters from our approved suppliers list.

How long should installation take?

Fitting varies from model to model but please allow up to 4 hours for your fitting.

I want to fit it myself are there instructions?

Kits come with full instructions on how to fit. We also have further information and tips in our Fitting Guide. However we highly recommend the process undertaken by one of our approved fitters. Also see our warranty terms and conditions.

Will the panels leave residue and cause damage?

If professionally fitted or removed there should not be damage in the fitting or removal of panels.

General information

Does the product come with a warranty?

All kits come with a 12 month warranty. This is only valid when fitted by an approved fitter from our supplier list. Please see our full warranty terms and conditions.

How long does delivery take?

3-5 days but we also offer an express service for next day delivery.

What is included in my kit?

Our kits come with all the components required to complete the fitting. A list is provided within each product description.

Product operation

Are they easily damaged?

Our kits have been designed and tested to ensure maximum duraility and have an IP69 waterproof rating.

How do they work?

Developed over three years our patented technology and components ensure efficiency of installation and meet all lighting and Chapter 8 regulations as well as carries all the necessary EMC, FMC and CE certifications. IM illuminated chevrons also have an IP69 waterproof rating and possess a minimum illumination life of 20,000 hours before any light depreciation.

How long will they last?

Our products have been tested and will still run after 20,000 hours of constant operation. This equates to more than 2 years for an IM illuminated chevron kit to be permanently flashing.
